Hello, i´m Swift.
I live in Sweden.
I bought my Copen in september in Germany.
"Cornelia" is a steelgray 100th anniversary Copen.

Why Copen?
Well, i was looking for a fun summercar.
Something sporty, light, and low maintance.
The Copen fit that description:D

At first, i was looking for some gti type car, but they don´t seem special enough to be a summer car.


As i hardly speak any german, i hope some of you speaks some english.:)

Hi Swift,

a very special welcome to our forum.
Think I already followed your story at the UK forum, so you should be the one trying to sleep in a Copen on your way from Germany to Sweden? ;)
Hope you could already enjoy lots of Copen-days in Sweden, will be brilliant at time of Midsummer. Hours and hours of daylight... =)

Yeah, that was me, trying to catch some zzzzz in the Copen:rolleyes:

I had some problems getting Cornelia approved, but a week ago i got the approval:D
Rusty Honda Civic steel wheels with low price winter tyres8o
I couldn´t drive Cornelia since september, so she is like new(2000 km)

Now, she will rest until the spring in the garage

Why did you buy your Copen in Germany? Isnt there a dealer in the near of your home?

2000 km isnt very much for your Copen, really nearly new, i Think.... But the next summer will come..

Daihatsu don´t sell any models in Sweden, so i had to go abroad.
Germany is pretty close, and i thought that there would be many cars to choose from.
