Course of Events

Friday:
03:00 p.m., official start of the meeting.
arrival, registration, conversations about the Copen, in the evening buffet for the price of 14,50€ each or á la carte.
The buffet is at your disposal from 18:30 o'clock (06:30 p.m.) until 20:30 o'clock (08:30 p.m.).
If someone arrives later the kitchen will be open for snacks until 22:00 o'clock (10:00 p.m.)

Saturday:
The breakfast is open at 07:00 o'clock. At 09:00 o'clock the participants can go to drive one of our worked out tours.
You can decide which one you want to drive.

Evening: From 19:00 o'clock (09:00 p.m.) buffet with local gastronomic specialties for the price of 19,50€ each.


Sunday:
After the breakfast at around 09:00 o'clock we will try to take a group picture at the inner yard of the hotel.
There should be enough room for a group picture.
From 10:00 o'clock start to Schloß Burg. Due to the high number of participants we will drive in groups of ten cars.

Schloß Burg can be visited. We also planned a guided tour but there is a knights festival that is taking place at that weekend.
A visiting is still worth, due to the knights festival even more.

The description of the tours

Tour 1: Here it goes on small streets to the Altenberger cathedral around the Dhünntal- and Bevertalsperre.
Short and sweet more something for our long sleeper.

Tour 2: Mediocre tour in terms of the kilometres driven and it goes to Biggetalsperre.

Tour 3: For the early birds and the ones who drive much. Nearly 300 kilometres and 6,5 hours of driving time.
At this tour you will drive along 20 dams.

Attached is also a ZIP-file with route-files for navigation systems.
The ZIP-file contains the route description for a number of navigation systems. Please transfer the correct route-file to your navigation system and/or consult the manual of your navigation system for more details.
